The DynoSense Online Store (BioSenseLand.com) has a 30-day return policy. Any product purchased from BioSenseLand.com can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the shipment. If you purchased your DynoSense product elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out their return policy (often printed on the receipt).
The DynoSense Online Store Customer Support team is available to answer questions and get you back on track with troubleshooting assistance if needed. In the unfortunate event your product is deemed defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. DynoSense warrants to the original purchaser that your DynoSense-branded device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
